Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have a solid tumor cancer that has progressed on standard treatment, or there is no standard treatment available.
  • Your overall health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0 to 2).
  • Your blood counts and organ function are in acceptable ranges (for example, enough white blood cells and platelets, and adequate liver and kidney function).
  • You must be able to take pills, understand the study, and sign consent, and be willing to give blood and urine for research.
  • Because the drug can harm a pregnancy, you must use two reliable birth-control methods during the study and for 3 months after the last dose (and you cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding).
  • Your heart pumping strength must be okay (left ventricular ejection fraction >45% by scan).
