Who can take part
- You can sign a written consent form and are age 18–70
- You had a coronary stent (PCI) and it was more than 8 weeks but not over 40 weeks ago
- You have taken aspirin 100 mg daily plus clopidogrel 75 mg daily for at least 7 days
- After your stent, you had no major bleeding and no heart clotting/“ischemia” events
- Your doctor’s risk score for bleeding (PRECISE-DAPT) is below 25
- You have NOT taken berberine in the last 30 days
