- Have a confirmed diagnosis if you’re a patient (PXF, angle-closure glaucoma, or open-angle glaucoma).
- If you’re a healthy control, you must have no history or signs of PXF, glaucoma, or uveitis, and no major eye disease.
- Not have certain eye conditions like neovascular glaucoma or a current or past uveitis (inflammation inside the eye).
