Who can take part
- You are over 18 years old
- You have at least one kidney stone that needs shockwave treatment (extracorporeal lithotripsy)
- You are currently taking Kardégic 75 (aspirin) as your only blood-thinning/anti-clotting medicine
- You do NOT have a known bleeding disorder (now or in the past)
- You are NOT taking any other blood thinners or anti-platelet medicines (such as warfarin, rivaroxaban/apixaban, heparin, or P2Y12 drugs)
- You can’t have a planned need for more than one shockwave session during the study period
