Who can take part
- Age 18–70 years old
- Have small leftover kidney stones (15 mm or smaller) after a percutaneous nephrolithotomy procedure (a surgical procedure to remove larger stones)
- Normal kidney function (serum creatinine less than 1.5 mg/dL, meaning your kidneys are working well)
- No active urinary tract infection at the time of enrollment
- No bleeding disorders or current use of blood-thinning medications
- No blocked kidney drainage or active blood infection
