Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 88 years old
- You have long-term foot drop (trouble lifting the front of one foot) and ankle weakness in one leg
- Your foot drop is from a nerve, neuromuscular, or orthopedic injury
- You can walk 10 meters and stand up from a chair without another person’s help (your usual walker/cane is okay)
- You do not have a medical condition that would make low-intensity seated rehab unsafe for you
- You do not have a current blood clot in a deep vein (deep venous thrombosis) or a skin wound/infection/inflammation on the affected lower leg
