Venetoclax test in women with specific non-Hodgkin lymphomas

Hematologic Malignancies

Treatments studied

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This Phase 1 study tests how venetoclax affects certain hormone pills (ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel) in women with different non-Hodgkin lymphomas. It’s mainly looking at safety and drug interactions, which could help guide treatment for people who need hormone-based contraception.

Study of venetoclax plus chemotherapy for Ph-negative ALL

Venetoclax with BUCY conditioning for high-risk AML or MDS transplant

This trial tests whether adding venetoclax (a pill that targets cancer cells) to the standard chemotherapy regimen before a stem cell transplant improves outcomes for people with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). It is for patients aged 12–60 whose cancer has specific high-risk features and who have a matched donor.
