Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 90 years old
- You have a bone defect in one eye-socket wall (floor, inner/medial side, or outer/lateral side) caused by trauma or surgery, at least 6 months after the problem began
- Your CT scan shows a complex one-sided orbital wall fracture or defect (not just a simple crack)
- You have an eye position change—enophthalmos of at least 3 mm, or at least 2 mm with double vision
- The plan is to have an orbital reconstruction procedure as part of your care
- You can complete French questionnaires and follow-up for about 18 months (and consent to join)
