Who can take part
- You have metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology (biopsy/surgery).
- Your tumor has the KRAS G12D mutation from prior testing, or you can have it re-checked before starting.
- Your cancer must have progressed, or stayed stable, after one or more prior chemotherapy treatments (if it stayed stable, you must have had at least 4 months of chemo).
- Your overall health score (ECOG) must be 0 or 1, meaning you’re able to carry out most daily activities.
- Your blood counts and organ tests must be within study limits (white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, kidney and liver numbers).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you (or your partner, if applicable) use reliable birth control during the study and for up to 12 weeks after the last dose.
