Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old and in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG 0-1).
  • You have had surgery to remove all visible cancer (R0) and completed at least 4 cycles of chemo after surgery.
  • Your cancer stage is IIIA, IIIB, or IIIC for colorectal, or stage I, II, or III for pancreatic cancer, and your tumor has a specific KRAS mutation (like G12D, G12V, etc.).
  • You have no signs of cancer spread or recurrence on scans.
  • Your blood counts, liver/kidney function, and clotting tests are within a safe range.
  • You are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and use effective birth control if needed.
