Complex Regional Pain Syndromes

Who can take part

  • Be an adult (18+), and able to give consent
  • If you have CRPS: your diagnosis must meet Budapest criteria (and fall within the study’s timing)
  • If you’re a control: you must live with someone who has current or past CRPS
  • Do not plan to use probiotics during the study; you must be willing to stop for 1 week before a stool sample
  • You can’t join if you live alone, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or follow a vegan diet
  • You must be willing to participate; you must have English as your main language
