Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and able to give written consent to join the study
- Your Hodgkin lymphoma must be confirmed as “classical,” and it must be relapsed or refractory (not responding) after prior treatment
- Your lymphoma must have measurable tumors on PET/CT within 4 weeks before starting the study
- You must have already tried a checkpoint inhibitor (like nivolumab or pembrolizumab) and then your lymphoma continued to worsen or came back
- Your blood counts and organ function must meet lab thresholds (including low enough liver tests and adequate white blood cells and platelets)
- You must be able to take pills by mouth and have completed prior cancer treatment recently enough (including a 14-day wait for most treatments)
