Crenolanib for advanced cancer with FLT3 or PDGFRa changes
Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer clinical trials.
This trial provides access to an experimental drug called crenolanib for people whose cancer has a specific genetic change (FLT3 or PDGFRa) and who have run out of other options. It aims to see if the drug can help shrink or slow the cancer.

This study tests an experimental oral drug (CSCJC3456) that may target certain genetic changes (FGFR) in advanced cancers. It might be an option if your cancer has not improved with standard treatments.
This trial studies larotrectinib, a targeted medicine, in people with solid tumors that have extra copies (amplification) of the NTRK1, NTRK2, or NTRK3 gene. It’s for cancers that have already been treated with standard options or where standard options are unlikely to help.
This trial tests a new daily pill (CG001419) for people with advanced solid tumors that have specific changes in the NTRK gene or TRK protein. The study aims to see if the drug is safe and effective, especially in those whose cancers have not responded to other treatments.
This trial tests a new drug called CS23546 for people with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma that have not responded to other treatments. Researchers will check your tumor for certain markers (PD-L1 and MSI) to see if the drug might work for you.
This trial tests a new drug called BG-C137 for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to other treatments. The drug targets a protein called FGFR2b found on some cancer cells, aiming to deliver a therapy directly to the tumor.
This trial tests an experimental drug called TGRX-678 for people with a specific, more advanced stage of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) called 'accelerated phase.' It’s for patients whose cancer has stopped responding to or who couldn't tolerate earlier targeted therapies (tyrosine kinase inhibitors).
