Who can take part

  • You must be at least 16 years old
  • Your tumor tests positive for NTRK1/2/3 gene amplification (minimum threshold: 7 copies) on an approved lab test
  • Your cancer is advanced (locally advanced) or has spread (metastatic), and you’ve had standard treatment or can’t tolerate it
  • You need at least one measurable tumor spot that can be followed on scans
  • You must have usable stored tumor tissue, or be able to safely get a new biopsy
  • Your organs must work well enough for treatment (blood tests and kidney/liver numbers must meet limits)
