Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of glioblastoma (GBM) from pathology (a tissue diagnosis).
- Your MRI shows the cancer is growing or returning after standard treatment with radiation plus temozolomide (the Stupp protocol), and there is a measurable area to track.
- You finished the prior Stupp treatment and at least 4 weeks have passed since that radiation/temozolomide treatment.
- You are age 18 or older, and your daily functioning is at least moderate (Karnofsky score 60–100).
- Blood tests, liver tests, and kidney tests are strong enough to safely receive treatment.
- Your heart rhythm test (ECG) is normal, and you can give written informed consent.
