Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 90 years old
- Have primary open-angle glaucoma (mild, moderate, or advanced) OR be a healthy person with no eye disease
- Avoid eye conditions that could interfere with scan results (like more than moderate cataracts or certain retina/macular diseases)
- Be able to stare steadily at the study target during eye scans
- Not be pregnant or breastfeeding
- Not have significant caffeine use already (no more than about 1 cup of coffee per day)
