  • You are 30 or older and of African American descent or have a first-degree relative with an early blood cancer like MGUS or myeloma
  • You are over 18 and have two or more family members with a blood cancer
  • You have not been diagnosed with any active cancer or early plasma cell disorder
  • You are willing to have your blood tested by mass spectrometry
