Who can take part
- You have had an ischemic stroke or a TIA (mini-stroke), with an ABCD2 score of 3 or higher
- You are at least 40 years old
- You have high blood pressure either already diagnosed or newly diagnosed
- You can give consent yourself or a legal representative can
