Enasidenib maintenance after transplant for IDH2-mutated AML

Who can take part

  • You have AML with an IDH2 mutation diagnosed at the start of your illness
  • You had an allogeneic stem cell transplant (from a donor), and you’re in “maintenance” after transplant
  • Your day-30 bone marrow test shows remission (less than 5% blasts), or you may qualify if MRD is present/allowed by the study
  • You can take pills and don’t have an uncontrolled active infection or other serious uncontrolled health problem
  • Your blood counts are adequate (neutrophils, hemoglobin, and platelets), or you may qualify with special infection treatment circumstances
  • You have certain heart/liver/kidney and infection-safety lab levels, and you test negative for HIV and active hepatitis
