Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has an IDH1 mutation.
  • You have already received treatment with a combination of venetoclax and a hypomethylating agent (like azacitidine or decitabine) and achieved a complete or near-complete remission.
  • You must be able to swallow pills and have adequate kidney and liver function.
  • You are at least 18 years old and willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 90 days after the last dose.
  • You have not previously received an IDH1 inhibitor drug (like ivosidenib or olutasidenib) or had a stem cell transplant for non-AML reasons within the last 100 days.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree not to donate sperm or conceive a child during the study.
