Who can take part

  • You have advanced HER2-positive solid cancer confirmed from tumor testing (IHC).
  • Your cancer cannot be cured with standard options like surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy (and standard treatments have been tried or are not available).
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after first-line treatment, or you have no effective remaining treatment options.
  • You have at least one tumor spot that doctors can safely inject directly, and you have scan results showing measurable disease.
  • You can likely tolerate treatment: you’re an adult (18+), expected to live more than 12 weeks, and blood organ tests meet required limits.
