- You have an autoimmune muscle disease that fits accepted 2017 EULAR/ACR criteria
- Your diagnosis also fits Connors et al. classification criteria for this condition
- You currently have measurable weakness in an arm or leg
- You do not have a current or past cancer (neoplasia)
- You do not have certain implants or devices that affect brain stimulation, like a heart pacemaker or metal clips inside the body
- You do not have active infections such as HIV, HTLV-1, or hepatitis
