Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 75
- You will receive a cord blood unit that matches the required lab criteria
- Your treatment plan must use one of these pre-transplant chemo options: thiotepa/busulfan/fludarabine or total-body radiation plus fludarabine
- Your GVHD prevention plan must include post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PT-Cy) plus cyclosporine and mycophenolate (MMF)
- You have one of these diagnoses: AML, myelodysplastic syndrome, high-risk ALL, certain mixed/undifferentiated leukemia types, CML resistant to TK inhibitors, Ph-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms, or certain relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma not eligible for an autologous transplant
