Who can take part
- Be age 26 or younger at the time you join the study
- Have a high-risk blood cancer (like AML, ALL, lymphoma, or MDS) that meets specific disease criteria, or have had a previous transplant with cancer that returned
- Not have a suitable matched bone marrow or blood donor available within 4 weeks
- Have good enough organ function (heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver) to tolerate the transplant
- Not be pregnant or nursing, and not have active, uncontrolled infection or HIV
- Have a performance score (ability to do daily activities) of at least 70%, with adjustments for age
