Who can take part

  • Your cancer must be confirmed as metastatic on scans and biopsy, not just suspected.
  • You must have breast cancer or non-small cell lung cancer, and (for lung cancer) your gene test must fit the trial rules.
  • Your cancer is either newly found as metastatic, or it has not worsened for at least 3 months on your current systemic treatment (based on imaging).
  • You must have measurable tumors on scan, and no more than 5 separate targetable spots that can be treated with SBRT (with some rules for close-by spots).
  • You must be able to have SBRT to the relevant targets safely, based on location and your nearby organ health.
  • You must be age 18 or older and in generally good functional condition (ECOG 0–2).
