Who can take part

  • You have a blood cancer diagnosis that needs a stem cell transplant
  • You do not have a matched brother or sister donor, but you do have a matched unrelated donor (9/10 or 10/10 match)
  • Your leukemia is not in an active state—your bone marrow blasts are 5% or less
  • You do not have a serious, hard-to-treat lymph/immune cancer (chemorefractory lymphoproliferative disease)
  • You do not have a serious, uncontrolled infection right now
  • Your health tests and history must allow this study medicine, including no past similar donor stem cell transplant and no reason you cannot take cyclophosphamide or ATG
