  • You are 18 to 70 years old
  • You have a blood cancer that needs a stem cell transplant
  • You have a fully matched family or unrelated donor
  • You are generally well enough to have daily activities (ECOG score 0-2)
  • You are not pregnant and agree to use effective contraception during and for a time after treatment
  • You have no serious infections or major organ problems (heart, lung, kidney, liver)
