Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This Phase 2 study tests zanubrutinib, obinutuzumab, and venetoclax together in people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic leukemia (SLL), or mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). It aims to shrink cancer and improve control of the disease, especially when treatment choices are limited.

NCT05168930Recruiting· Phase 2
Zanubrutinib plus venetoclax for relapsed CLL or SLL

This Phase 2 study tests how well zanubrutinib (a targeted pill) combined with venetoclax (another targeted pill) works for adults with CLL/SLL that came back or progressed after prior treatment. It may help by stopping cancer cells through two different pathways, aiming to shrink disease and improve blood counts.

NCT06967610Recruiting· Phase 2
Pirtobrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab for recurrent CLL/SLL

This trial tests a combination of three drugs (pirtobrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab) given for a limited time to people whose CLL/SLL has come back after prior treatment. The goal is to see if this combination can control the cancer and possibly allow a treatment-free period.

NCT04758975Recruiting· Phase 2
Venetoclax plus rituximab plus ibrutinib for early CLL

This Phase 2 trial tests a combination of three medicines to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) that has not been treated before and where the goal is to achieve very low remaining disease. It may help some people stay in remission longer, but eligibility depends on your age, organ function, and prior treatments.

Testing 3-drug combo for CLL/SLL patients

This trial tests a combination of three drugs (nemtabrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab) for people with CLL or SLL who need treatment but haven't taken similar targeted therapies before. It aims to see if this new cocktail works better together.
