Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and can sign consent to join the study.
- You have CLL or SLL, or you have mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) stage II–IV.
- If you have SLL, your blood test must show CLL-like cells in at least 1% of white blood cells.
- You have not had anti-cancer treatment for this disease already (except limited local radiation or short steroid use that stops before study drugs).
- Your blood counts and organ tests (kidneys and liver) are within required limits for safety.
- If you can become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use very reliable birth control during treatment and for months after.
