CAR-T cell therapy for T-cell leukemia or lymphoma

T Lymphoblastic Leukemia/Lymphoma

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests a new treatment made from your own immune cells, designed to target and kill cancer cells that have a protein called CD7. It might help people with T-cell leukemia or lymphoma that has returned or not responded to standard treatments.

Who can take part

  • You must have T-cell leukemia or lymphoma (T-LBL/ALL) that has come back or not responded to treatment.
  • Your cancer cells must have the CD7 protein on their surface.
  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must be able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2) and have a life expectancy over 12 weeks.

NCT05620680Recruiting
CD7 CAR-T for relapsed or resistant T-cell cancers

This trial studies a type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T) made from your own T-cells, designed to treat T-cell lymphoma or T-cell leukemia that has come back or didn’t respond. It may help by directing your immune system to attack the cancer, and it requires specific eligibility and safety checks.

NCT06136364Recruiting· Phase 1
CD7 CAR-T therapy for relapsed T-cell leukemia/lymphoma

This trial tests a new treatment called CD7 CAR-T, which uses your own immune cells modified to find and attack cancer cells that have a protein called CD7 on their surface. It's for people with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard treatments.

Shanghai
NCT06420076Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Sequential CAR-T therapy for CD5/CD7 positive T-cell leukemia/lymphoma

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (called CAR-T) that targets two proteins, CD5 and CD7, on the surface of T-cell leukemia or lymphoma cells. It may be an option for people whose cancer came back or didn't respond to standard treatment.

NCT06934382Recruiting· Phase 1
CAR-T cell therapy for relapsed T-cell leukemia or lymphoma

This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called anti-CD7 CAR-T cells for children and young adults with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if these specially engineered immune cells can find and destroy cancer cells that carry the CD7 protein.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
NCT07117305Not yet recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
CD7-targeted cell therapy with stem cell transplant for T-cell lymphoma

This trial tests a treatment that uses your own immune cells (CAR-T) engineered to find and attack CD7 on T-cell lymphoma cells, followed by a stem cell transplant to rebuild your immune system. It is for people with certain types of T-cell lymphoma that have come back or not responded to standard treatments.

Zhengzhou, Henan
NCT07188610Recruiting· Phase 2
CAR-T therapy for CD7-positive T-cell leukemia or lymphoma

This trial tests a new treatment called PA3-17, which uses your own immune cells modified to target and kill cancer cells that have a protein called CD7 on them. It is designed for patients with T-cell leukemia or lymphoma that has come back or did not respond to prior treatments.
