Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You need a stem cell transplant for a blood cancer, and you do NOT have a fully matched donor option, but you may have a partially matched (haploidentical) related donor.
- A doctor says you can tolerate transplant based on heart and lung function (heart pumping strength above 40% and lung test above 45%).
- Blood and organ tests fit the trial limits, including bilirubin up to 1.5 and liver enzymes up to 200 (AST/ALT), and kidney function with clearance at least 60.
- Your donor can provide stem cells using a peripheral blood collection (not just other donor sources).
