- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have a blood cancer that can be treated with a stem cell transplant.
- You do not have a fully matched sibling donor or a donor that matches at 9 out of 10 tissue markers.
- There is a family member who is willing to donate stem cells, even if their tissue type is not a perfect match.
- Your liver, kidneys, heart, and lungs are working well enough for transplant (your doctor will check this).
- You do not have an active infection or another active cancer.
