Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have a blood cancer such as AML, ALL, MDS, or high-risk lymphoma.
  • If you have leukemia, it must be in remission (CR1, CR2, CR3, or CRi).
  • You cannot have a matched related or unrelated donor, so this trial uses a half-matched family donor and a cord blood unit.
  • Your organs (kidneys, liver, lungs, heart) must be working well enough, and you must be in good general health (ECOG less than 2).
  • You cannot have had a prior stem cell transplant or CAR-T therapy in the last 6 months.
