Who can take part

  • You are willing and able to sign a written consent form
  • You are between 18 and 50 years old
  • You have not had a current or recent illness in the past 2 weeks
  • You do not have known heart, lung, or major body-wide (systemic) diseases
  • You are not on medicines that can increase bleeding, like blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs
  • Your screening breathing test (spirometry) and heart tracing (ECG) are normal
