Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma (colon/rectal cancer).
  • Your tumor test shows KRAS, NRAS, and BRAF are wild-type (not the “mutated” forms the study excludes).
  • Your genetic blood type is FcγRIIIa V/V (a specific variant found on blood-genetic testing).
  • Your cancer is stage IV and you have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans.
  • Your overall health score is ECOG 0 or 1, and you are expected to live more than 3 months.
  • Your bloodwork and organ tests are within required limits (white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, kidney, and liver/bilirubin).
