  • You are 18 or older and able to sign informed consent
  • Your AML is relapsed or refractory after at least one prior AML treatment
  • Your leukemia is not the APL subtype (AML M3)
  • Your general health is fair (ECOG score 0 to 2)
  • You can take and absorb by mouth study medicines, and your kidney/liver blood tests are within limits
