Who can take part
- You are currently getting care at a regular outpatient clinic
- Your trauma history involved very frightening or horrific events, or witnessing them
- You have ongoing trauma reactions (like feeling on edge, avoiding, intrusive memories, emotional control problems, or relationship difficulties)
- Your symptoms have been going on for at least 6 months
- You can understand and speak Norwegian well enough to join group sessions
- You have not taken this exact group program before
