Testosterone treatment for nerve protection and myelin repair in MS

Who can take part

  • You are a man aged 18 to 55
  • You have relapsing-remitting MS that was officially diagnosed (not progressive MS)
  • You are on an MS disease medicine (like natalizumab, fingolimod, ponesimod, ocrelizumab, or ofatumumab) for at least 1 year
  • You have low testosterone on blood testing (total testosterone below 20 nmol/L)
  • You have had no MS relapses in the past year and your MS has been stable recently
  • You can get MRIs and have an EDSS disability score from 0 to 7
