Who can take part

  • You are 30 to 65 years old
  • Your sleep study shows AHI 15 or higher per hour (moderate to severe sleep apnea)
  • Your body weight falls in BMI 25 to 34.9
  • You are considered a good candidate for jaw advancement surgery
  • You cannot use or do not want to use PAP (a breathing mask/therapy)
