Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have an intermediate or high chance of pulmonary hypertension based on an ultrasound of your heart (or you have unexplained shortness of breath and/or related conditions)
- Your doctor recommends a heart catheter test (RHC) at rest and during exercise
- You must sign consent after being fully informed
- Your test results at rest and during exercise must be complete and usable
- You must have enough follow-up information on outcomes like survival or lung transplant
