Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old and able to sign written informed consent
- If you have PAH/suspected PAH: you must have testing results consistent with PAH on a heart procedure (RHC), or agree to get the needed confirmatory tests
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant: you must have a negative pregnancy test
- You must be able to safely do MRI scans (no MRI-incompatible implants/devices) and be able to lie still
- If gadolinium MRI is planned: your kidney function must be good enough, and you can’t have had a severe gadolinium allergy
- If CT with iodine contrast is planned: your kidneys must be healthy enough, and you must not have certain contrast allergies or specific medication/allergy risks
