Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- Your symptoms fit a possible tick-borne encephalitis infection
- Your spinal fluid (cerebrospinal fluid) is clear and has increased white blood cells
- Your blood tests show IgM and IgG antibodies for tick-borne encephalitis virus
- Your blood tests also show IgG antibodies for Lyme (Borrelia)
