Who can take part

  • You are pregnant and between 18 and 45 years old
  • You have one baby (singleton) and your due date puts you at 28 to 31 weeks right now
  • Your baby has severe CDH confirmed on ultrasound, plus a specific lung measurements pattern
  • Your baby’s heart ultrasound is normal or only has a minor finding (like a small VSD)
  • You can safely have fetal surgery and general anesthesia (and you are healthy enough for surgery)
