Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Have genetic confirmation of Huntington’s disease (HTT gene with 35+ CAG repeats)
- Be able to give written consent
- Be willing to have a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) if you are joining the lumbar puncture group
- Have no medical reasons that prevent brain MRI or lumbar puncture (if doing lumbar puncture)
