Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have genetic confirmation of Huntington’s disease (HTT gene with 35+ CAG repeats)
  • Be able to give written consent
  • Be willing to have a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) if you are joining the lumbar puncture group
  • Have no medical reasons that prevent brain MRI or lumbar puncture (if doing lumbar puncture)
