This study uses special brain imaging and memory/thinking tests to find early “markers” that can predict how Huntington’s disease will progress over time. You may qualify as someone with early-stage Huntington’s or as a healthy control, if you meet specific safety and scoring requirements.

Who can take part
- Be age 18 to 65 and be able to sign consent in person
- Join as a healthy control or as someone with confirmed Huntington’s gene status (premanifest or manifest)
- Have specific Huntington’s assessment scores within set ranges (function and movement)
- Have results that fit their genetic and testing thresholds (including CAG and GAC-related measures)
- Not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and avoid pregnancy during the study
- Be able to safely complete scan procedures (no claustrophobia and no metal/implants that can’t be used safely)
