Who can take part

  • You are at least 19 years old (no upper age limit is stated, but other age limits apply).
  • You (or your legal representative) can understand and agree in writing to the study plan and safety information.
  • You are having an elective PCI for a complex blockage, such as true bifurcation, chronic total blockage, left main disease, long lesions (expected stent length 38 mm or more), multi-vessel treatment, or needing 3+ stents.
  • Your target lesion is one of the listed types, including in-stent restenosis, severely calcified blockage, or certain opening/ostial blockages.
  • You must not have serious current bleeding, recent brain bleeding, or a history of stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA).
  • You cannot be on warfarin or certain other anticoagulants (dabigatran, rivaroxaban, edoxaban, apixaban), and you should not be taking prasugrel or ticagrelor.
