Who can take part
- You have a confirmed high-risk leiomyosarcoma or liposarcoma in the retroperitoneal area (behind the abdominal wall or lower pelvic area).
- Your tumor is resectable by surgery team planning based on scans, meaning only an R2 (not fully removable) surgery is not expected.
- Your disease must be measurable on imaging scans (with CT thorax/abdomen/pelvis preferred).
- You can provide tumor tissue (biopsy or sample) for a central pathology review, and you must also provide blood/tissue for research testing.
- You are age 18+ with adequate blood/organ function, and overall health is not too poor (WHO performance status 2 or less, ASA score under 3).
