Who can take part

  • You are male with confirmed prostate cancer (adenocarcinoma, diagnosed by biopsy/pathology)
  • Your prostate cancer is high-risk or very high-risk (per standard NCCN risk categories)
  • You can do daily activities with little help (ECOG 0–1)
  • You have not had cancer that has spread to distant organs (not M1/metastatic)
  • You have not had prostate or pelvic lymph node radiation before
  • You can use birth control during treatment and for at least 120 days after the last dose, and you won’t donate sperm during that time
