Who can take part
- You are male with confirmed prostate cancer (adenocarcinoma, diagnosed by biopsy/pathology)
- Your prostate cancer is high-risk or very high-risk (per standard NCCN risk categories)
- You can do daily activities with little help (ECOG 0–1)
- You have not had cancer that has spread to distant organs (not M1/metastatic)
- You have not had prostate or pelvic lymph node radiation before
- You can use birth control during treatment and for at least 120 days after the last dose, and you won’t donate sperm during that time
