Who can take part

  • Be an adult (18+) with non-traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage
  • The bleeding must not be caused by a major head injury (not from trauma)
  • The cause should not be an AV malformation (an abnormal blood vessel) based on scans like CT/MRI or angiography
  • You must be enrolled within 24 hours of diagnosis (from CT/MRI timing)
  • You must be able and willing to give informed consent (not declining)
