Who can take part
- You are 40 years or older.
- You have confirmed obstructive sleep apnea diagnosed by a sleep study (AHI 5 or higher).
- A clinician has referred you for an anti-snoring mouth guard (MAA) for treatment.
- You can understand and read English (or you can do so with a translator’s help).
- You have enough healthy teeth for the mouth guard to be made safely. (Not enough teeth may exclude you.)
- You have good gum and tooth health, and you do not have significant jaw joint pain disorder (TMD).
- You have not used an MAA before.
- You do not have epilepsy.
