Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older.
- Be able to do daily activities fairly well (ECOG less than 2).
- Have confirmed prostate cancer with a Gleason score higher than 6.
- Have prostate imaging and tests done recently (pelvic MRI and, for some groups, CT scans and a bone scan).
- Have no prior prostate cancer treatment (for Cohorts A and B).
- Have safe organ and heart function and no major recent heart/blood clot problems.
